First Energy Support Solutions (FESS) is a Texas-based staffing and placement company dedicated to providing top entry level and junior candidates to inspection and maintenance businesses in the energy sector. Our primary goal, through the prescreening, evaluation, training, and education of interested job seekers, is to provide our customers with candidates that have a solid introduction to the energy industry’s safety, quality, and performance expectations, and who exhibit good character and a passion to grow and advance in their chosen career path.

NDT Technicians
NDT is a rewarding career path that allows for continued growth and greater pay as you accumulate class time hours and work time experience in each discipline. In addition to adding to your career growth laterally by qualifying in different NDT disciplines you can also grow vertically through your certification level within a particular NDT discipline (Trainee, Level I, Level II and Level III).
Inspectors
Certification as an API inspector of pressure equipment in the oil, gas, petrochemical and power industries also requires you to obtain a combination of theoretical classroom training and on the job inter-disciplinary work time experience.
Light Maintenance And Rope Access Technicians
The need for rope access qualified and certified technicians in the inspection and maintenance energy sector has exploded over the past 10 years. Multi-disciplined and specialized inspectors and maintenance personnel are in high demand and are a key part in providing energy companies more economical options (as opposed to expensive scaffolding options).
Wind Turbine Inspection & Maintenance Technicians
